Entrance

This pool is not included in normal entry fees to the facility. Is is used for Learn-to-Swim or private usage with a supervisor (which is normally a health care provider or family member).

Entry Fees

All person who use this pool are required to:

• Complete the Pool Usage Form and understand the terms of usage
• Pay entrance fees of $10.00 per person

Please note that there is no discount for children, concessioners or spectators. The reason for this is that this pool is special usage and cost a great deal to heat and run, almost all users fit one of these categories and to be fair to all users, we have a flat fee. The fee is applicable to health care providers and supervisors.

Supervisor / Health Care Worker

• Will constantly and actively supervisor your participants when in or near the water (they can not be left alone).
• You will immediately notify staff if any incident occurs or when first aid or assistance is required.
• You acknowledge and will follow the Emergency Action Plan outlined on the form and shown below.

First Aid

• The Health Care provider will maintain a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (HLTAID009) and First Aid certificate (HLTAID011) and will assist renders first aid to your clients.
• You will notify staff (on each occasion of entry) if any of your client has any medical condition(s) that staff need to be aware or may impact public health and safety.
• You authorise staff to administer first aid and/or organise medical/hospital treatment as our staff see necessary at your expense.
• You agree that it is your responsibility (the Carer / Heath Care Provider) supervise all persons in your care.
• Our Terms and Conditions apply to all person who enter the facility and the Facility Rules and policy (including rules displayed on signage) must be observed.
• You agree to follow directions of staff whilst at the facility.

We reserve our right to refuse entry, or require a person to leave the premises without providing a reason.
